An Allergy, is a type of sensitivity experienced by the body. It is a sensitivity experienced by the immune system found in our bodies. Eucalyptus Allergy, is thereby capable of acting as an allergen. For allergic reactions occur by a reaction brought on by environmental substances known as allergens. In this case, it is eucalyptus and the components found in it which act as allergens.
Scientifically, during an Allergy an excessive activation of certain white blood cells known as basophils take place. This happens by a reaction to an antibody which is known as IgE.
